Standard Engagement Conditions

Welcome to the SAKSHI TECHNOSOFT corporate site. By using our services, consulting our engineering teams, or reviewing our digital portfolio, you agree to comply with the following operational terms.

1. Intellectual Property Ownership

All code repos, design layouts, graphics, and technical specifications created during an active project engagement remain the proprietary property of SAKSHI TECHNOSOFT until milestone payments are cleared in full. Upon final payment, full intellectual property and repository access are transferred to the client.

2. Engagement & Project Scope

Any additions, layout extensions, or database adjustments exceeding the initial System Requirement Specification (SRS) contract will be processed as auxiliary tasks billed hourly or under separate sprint agreements.

3. Liability Limits

SAKSHI TECHNOSOFT is not liable for data disruptions, service outages, server breaches, or API modifications caused by third-party hosting platforms (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or external API gateways.
